best site is tracesmart if you know the details and the name is common as they have dates of birth against approx 50% of the electoral roll entries which helps accuracy. |

There is no such thing as a census for the years you list.............I suspect you refer to Electoral Rolls. They will be on 192, which is a subscription site . The other site is b4u, but it is currently not available Reg |
