RB, Just for info, my grandfather was also in the South Staffords - I wrote to them to get his records - these are free to his wife (now deceased) or £30 to other relatives (just incase you're interested)

I am having big problems finding my Grandfathers` marriage. He married a Dutch Girl ~i should say before 1920 because thats when their first child was born. My Grandfathers` name was Thomas FARMER and his wife to be was called Whilhelmina FREDERIKSEN. I written to the burgermeister of where she came from and nothing. My Grandfather was in an Army Uniform, found out that he was in the South Staffordshire Regiment. Could anyone help me Please. Millions of Thanks. R.B.
