Jim, I never knew about GR's recommendation and funnily enough that is the resolution I already use which I find suits most sites I use. What is your setting, out of interest?

I do not understand why I have to ruin my enjoyment of all other sites just to use one part of GR. Surely the problem needs to be sorted at their end.

Hello Betty Click on start, open control panel, go to display, change the monitor display settings to 1024 x 768 pixels.Or as the other gent said, right click on vacant desk top, which will open a menu. Click on properties which will open the display properties. Click in settings, and change them to 1024 x 768 pixels.I've had no problems at all using the program since changing the settings. Best wishes.... Lyn

I don't know if other's have had the same problem as me when viewing the new tree program. I have been very frustrated as the bottom half of the program is so small I could hardly view any of the details, so therefore have been using the old tree program. Anyway I emailed the support team and asked about this and have had the following reply: As for the screen display, please can you check the screen resolution on your monitor? It must be set at 1024 x 768 pixels. You can change this by going to Start/Control Panel/Display and choosing the 'settings option'. I have now altered the display setting and the new tree program is much easier to use. Thought this may help anyone else having the same problem.
