missing original documents on ancestry

Do you mean the BMD index pages? If so, then yes, I have had that happen to me where certain quarters would not show up, just a blank page. I found that logging off and trying again a bit later sometimes cleared the blip. I knew the pages were there because after posting a query, others on Genes said they could see them. Not sure why that happens from time to time, though. Athena |

all original pages are blank census bmd pallots everything else is as it should be but no image been like this for few weeks now keep reporting it but they say only look at databases periodically lin |

Lin, I don't think it's a case of the images not being on Ancestry, it's just that for some reason your computer isn't allowing you to view them. Very frustrating, though, I know - especially when you don't know what's causing it. Could it be something to do with your security settings? I'm not really a computer buff, so maybe someone more in-the-know might be able to shed some light as to what could cause certain images to be blocked. Athena |

Lin I can only suggest you try 'housekeeping' your computer using Judy in the States 1 Stop Maintance thread.... If you don't know it, just say and someone will 'bump' it up When I have followed it through all my niggling site/internet access problems have been solved. Chris |
