I don't know the answer to your question but I have had a look at the website for the first time. Do they record your details on there even if you are x-directory? I'm sure that when we filled in the electoral forms last October we ticked a box that showed we were only to be on a limited list but our details appear to be on this website for all to see. You can look up the entire household. Can you get your details removed from this website like you can ask for your name and address and telephone no. to be removed from mailing lists? Jeannie |

Jeannie They use the Electoral Rolls from the last 6 years, so although you will not be on this years, you will be showing on Historical Electoral Roll. I've been ticking the box for 4 years but still show on the 2002 and 2003 records. Keith |

Can you ask them to remove your details ? They show the whole adult household, must be a wonderful resource for those mailing companies. |

Jeannie I LOVE those mailing companys! I get all the old pizza leafletts...plus the old envelopes and anything else i can lay my hands on, jam them into the stamped addressed envelope, cellotape it down and send it all back to them.Usually with a note saying ' I dont want your rubbish, do you want mine?' I feel better with the thought that they have to pay for this lol Gerri x |
