could any one tell me the no for the scotish records office please, i need to order a cert but as im having trouble getting on to scotlands people(they are refusing my password)i thought it would be easier to get in touch by phone, the cert is a birth cert the birth took place in moray banffshire in the scotish highlands,so i think the records office in aberdeen would be closest(if they have one there)thanks xx |
