Hi, If it's not too late , open the pdf then select ALL from the menu bar, copy - or copy to clipboard, open Word and paste it in as new document. Don't know if it will work but may be worth a try. Cheers Paul

Yeah theres one at 6.30 in Edinburgh to but the problem is getting there, its at the sorting office and i'd be on foot - not managable. I could take it out to the Gyle but thats the other side of the city and i dont fancy going on that journey. I think it might be easier to just drop it off in the morning. Mhairi

Hi Mhairi, I think you need the full version on Adobe to write on pdf files, I am not aware of a free programme to enable you to do it. Ther are several PDF to word conversion programmes available free.

Aarrgghh - Why do i leave everything to the last minute? You think i'd learn that nothing ever goes right when i do... I can also open the document as a word document but it cuts of part of the form...i do have a paper copy but am pretty sure i've missed the last post. dagnamit! I'll try to work with the word one and see if i can salvage it and mention that on the form. Thanks for the help guys Mhairi p.s - Helena - I'm good, stressed but fine!

Hi Mhairi How are you doing? I think you need to have a 'writable' version as I've never been able to do it. There is a text button but it never seems to work for me. I usually copy and paste into a word doc Helena

I'm applying for a job and one way you can send in the application form is via email. I now have the pdf saved on my computer but have looked and i cant see any way of being able to write/type on it - to fill it with my info. Does any know how i can do this? Or even if i can?
