My husband requested his GEDCOM on our joint computer, and he got his within two or three hours. Are they picking on me ??????

Are you using firefox browser when you try to export from here as the gedcom export does not work for me using this although it it fine and usually arrives within a couple of hours if I use explorer. Sue

Beryl, I think Jeanette is right, when I download it one one ISP it takes either forever and a day, or never at all, but on another it comes over quickly so you might want to get someone to try it for you.

Hi Beryl I had the very same problem.....it never appeared in my OE inbox. I gave my email address and password to a very good friend whom I knew I could trust, and she managed to get it almost straight away. She then emailed it to me and there it was! Don't know why we had to go all round the houses though. She does have a different ISP to me so I don't know if that was the problem Jeanette x

I have tried six times to export my GEDCOM, and have been told that it will be sent to my Email address when it has been prepared. I have also asked the support group to advise me if I have been doing anything wrong, but have had no replies Advice please for any suggestions to enable me to get my file? I can't believe that I'm the only one who is being ignored., Beryl
