My Dad's sister born 1917 was christened with one name (which I had never heard) and always called another...She married and her husband was called Terence Brown..On the marriage cert. it says George and three choices of surname......The funny bit is his first son was called after him Terence.....But his name was George which I have never ever heard anyone mention...Wish I had found all this out before my dear Mum died, she may have been abkle to shed some light on it...Linda |
