Would be pleased if anyone can give me a clue about the following: NOTICE is hereby given, that Richard Jones, of Kriightwick, in the county of Worcester, Butcher and Farmer, hath by indenture of assignment, bearing date the 9th day of January, 1858, and made between the said Richard Jones, of the first part; James Twinberrow, of Whitbourne, in the said county of Worcester, Gentleman, and William Hicken, of Wickenford, in the same county, Builder, of the second part; and the several persons who are, or shall be named in the schedule thereunder written, and whose names and seals are or shall be thereunto subscribed and affixed, being creditors of the said Richard Jones, of the third part; assigned to the said James Twinberrow and William Hicken, their executors, administrators and assigns, all and every his estate and effects, upon trust, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said Richard Jones. And notice is hereby given, that the said indenture was duly executed by the said Richard Jones, James Twinberrow, and William Hicken, on the said 9th day of January. 1S58, in the presence of, and attested by, George Scale Richards, of the city of Worcester, Solicitor. And notice is hereby also given, that the said deed of assignment is now lying at the office of the undersigned Roberts and Richards, for inspection of, and execution by, the creditors of the said Richard Jones.
