Hi everyone Shirley, Stephanie, Sorry I didn't know there were more posts on this thread, I will try the website you suggested. Many thanks for you help. Shirley I am not sure what this means (You can add characters by going insert, symbol, pick the special characters tab) Where is insert, symbol etc?? Betty |

You can add characters by going insert, symbol, pick the special characters tab and it will tell you which keys to operate to print the character. Hope that helps. Shirley |
