Thanks for that, Lita. I have been trying to find out something about the New London Inn, Longbrook Street, for some time, as my Gr Gr Grandmother was living there as a 'female servant' on the 1841 Census. It's really great that I have some info now - I had tried Google , but got nowhere. Thanks again, Bea. |
