HAVE ALL INFORMATION BUT HIT DEAD END NO RECORDS ANYWERE OF MY MOTHER EVER EXISISTING HAVE DATE AND PLACE OF BIRTH ALSO DATE OF MARRIAGE AND HER DEATH BUT THERE ARE NO RECORDS ANYWERE WHAT AM O DOING WRONG CAN ANYONE HELP !? ROSEMARY MY MOTHER WAS BORN IN DONEGAL 1940 MARRIED ENGLAND LONDON 1976? DIED 2003 LONDON THE NAME IS LAPPIN SO NOT THAT COMMEN

Rosemary, have you been searching for them on the BMD indexes? If so and you can't spot them, why not post some of the details here and see if any of us can help you? Athena

Hi Rosemary, have you checked the complete indexes, not just FreeBMD, the complete indexes can be viewed free on Ancestry, just need to go here and register your e-mail address. http://www.ancestry(.)co.uk/search/rectype/vital/freebmd/bmd.aspx Remove bracket. Alternatively, if you pm me some details or put them on here, will check for you.

FreeBMD indexes are being transcribed. There isn't a huge amount after about 1910 or so, and a few gaps before then. Christine
