Which programme would you advise to go for with free AVG : the Anti-spywear or the Anti-virus . And who would you advise for a free Firewall protection? Thanks Norah

You need to have both anti-virus AND anti-spyware as the two are entirely different. AVG Anti-spyware appears to be fairly new and has probably not built up the same reputation as the more established offerings such a s Ad-Aware or Spybot, I have it and it has found the odd thing that the other two haven't so give it a go.

Well, the anti-virus is what everyone gets it for! You can add on free spyblaster and also free zone alarm for firewall.
