Can anyone reccomend a site to look up American war victims in particular the WW11 please? Thanks.

Found this one on Google:- http://www.abmc.gov/search/wwii.php It only has names of people buried in certain cemeteries, but might help. Kath. x

You can request information on military personnel at this site: http://www.archives.gov/veterans/evetrecs/ I work at one of the American Legion posts here in the States and this is where we direct veterans and veteran's family members to in order to obtain information. Judy

Hello Michael, you might have a search thru www.findagrave.com, on opening page on right, '14 million graves', click and enter. I know there are records and photos from both first and second WW, both British and American, good luck, Derek in France
