I believe that you can get copies of most however there are some problems with photocopying/scanning of some of the documents since they arent in that good a condition. You can either get them in person or find someone who would make copies for you as i'm not sure that they do a enquiry service. You might try 'Scotlands Family Tree - The Friendly Forum http://scotfamtree.11.forumer*com/ Its free to sign up to there Forum, once on the forum (and have introduced yourself) there is a area marked Tier 3. In that it has a outline of what they are willing to do for you in reagrds as to getting documents from the NAS. Hope that helps Mhairi |
