Cause of death PHRENITIS ?

Googled and came up with the following; Phrenitis: inflammation of the brain usually caused by a virus; symptoms include headache and neck pain and drowsiness and nausea and fever (`phrenitis' is no longer in scientific use) |

have received a death cert today cause says Phrenitis 17 days. Does any one know what this may be.Many thanks |
