I have been trying to get further back than John Masterman (c1789) for quite some time now. Can anybody tell me how I might go about finding out where he was born ? I've checked the IGI but there are a few and the only info I have is that he married a Margaret Anderson in All Saints, Newcastle and had four children. He is shown on the 1841 census as a Potter. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Marie xx |
