In 1851 the family is living in Bromsgove, but Ancestry has their surname mis-transcribed as 'Smith' which is the family above them on the census return Search for Catherine Smith b 1794 and type Halesowen in the keyword box and you will find the 1851 entry. No sign of 1861 as yet. PS Thomas Stow is with them in 1851 as well
