Peter Thanks for that, I didnt know you could do that. Have now changed my spouse ref to partner for one of the Grtx 4 grandmothers. You learn something every day!! Shirley |

The default when you link a spouse is 'Married' To change this, set up the relationship then go into 'Edit Marriage Details' (click the middle button to the right of the Marriage date and place) In the General Tab, click on 'Relationship' then select from the drop down list. If, for example, you select 'Partners' then when you go back to 'Family View' you will see that the 'Husband / Wife' headings have changed to 'Partner' and that the 'Marriage' heading has changed to 'Meeting' |

I added them as a second spouse but put a ref in the notes they werent married. They had children so they could be added too then Shirley |
