An aunt of mine was killed in London by a lorry in 1937. Would there have been an inquest and if so where would I look, and I would think it would have been reported in the papers, again, where would I look for this info??? Kathlyn

her death cert should indicate if there was an inquest because the informant may well be the coroner. Shirley

Shirley Many thanks. As my father came from a large family obtaining certs for BMD would be a very ££££ exercise, but in this case I will send for the death cert. as it is 'special'. Thanks again. Kathlyn
