Yes, why not? Still happens today. If they moved to a new area to have the child, maybe they just introduced themselves as Mr & Mrs, new neighbours would not know. |

I would think so - I have one in my tree had 3 children before turning 16 then married their father and had a further 5 or 6 chldren |
