hi im trying to order a birth certificate but i have all these numbers 1907 q3 4a 449 which of these is District Number Volume number and page numbr helppp!!!! how do i find her DOB

Hi Gemma, The vol number is 4a The page number is 499 Q3 is Septemeber quarter 1907 is the year of the event. The district is not on your post, it is a place name

Gemma, what name do you have this ref for? I suspect not West Ham, that vol and page seems to be Epping.
