In 1851, Elizabeth, aged 60 - the 'Visitor' - was listed by 'do' for her surname, immediately below the Fewtrells, thus meaning that her surname was also Fewtrell. I must confess my immediate thought was that she was the mother of Edward............ Reg

thanks every one thanks reggie--ive tried the IGI its about the only one i can get on looking at your 1851 census covering edward and ann sargeant elizabeth aged 60yrs could she have been lawton ? thanks again colin F

all at sea and lost is me edward fewtrell found on the 1881 census when i can get it to work on FSIG----keeps flicking off he married ann sargant and was born around 1811 but who was his mother and father this is where your experienced help comes in i admitt to being a duffer on computers and badly miss the lovelly gwen thank you colin F
