If Frank died after 1969 his birthdate would show on his death certificate. It might be an idea to obtain a copy of his birth certificate so that you can be sure of the correct Frank's records. A search on Ancestry death registrations show many entries....admittedly not in Hove but that might mean that he had moved for some reason or died in hospital away from his home area. Another route to go would be to ask for a check on old electoral lists to see if there were any other Jacksons at the same address in 1954 and then follow up leads. If Frank suddenly disappered from there, maybe he died and a search could focus around that date.? Gwyn |

Frank Jackson b c 1898 was living at 21, Portland Avenue, Hove at the time of his Father' death in North London on 23rd March 1954. Father was Frederick Jackson. I have not been able to locate a death for Frank Jackson or a marriage. Anybody out there living in/around Hove Brighton with knowledge of or access to local records please. Roger in New Zealand. |
