	Trying to find my great grandmothers death record her name was Penelope Lewis and she would have died in Wolverhampton. I dont know what year. She was born in Dublin 1863/1864 i have checked years on ancestery from 1923 to 1942 and cant see anything. I am thinking she died before 1943 and am sure she was alive in 1921. Any help or suggestions appreciated

	was Lewis her maiden or married name?
