How do I find the marriage partners?

Yes, Relly is an unusual name, but not with my lot. They were Romany Gypsies, so I have a lot of weird and wonderful names. Thanks to you both X

Would you like to give his name - if he was married in 1932 the marriage index should show spouses name too

Have you tried Free bmd? just put his name, year and quarter and area and it should come up, then just click on the GRO number and it gives you names of partners, you may be lucky and have just the one name, sometimes it gives a few names. Lou

Hi Lou, no luck on freebmd as the marriage was 1932, it's not transcribed yet. Hi Jane, his name was Levi Lee. thanks Sandra Update - Duh!! just realised, her surname was Lee too. I'll take it from here, thanks girls X Updated update - found her on same page, her name is Relly. (they are gypsies)

Hi, I've got a bit of 'brain fog' at the moment. I need to find the marriage partner of a rellie, but can't seem to do it. My rellie got married in the Apr/May/June quarter 1932 - West Ham - ref 4a 72. I found him ok, as I knew his surname, but Ancestry won't just let me enter the ref number, they want the wifes surname.... if I knew that, then I wouldn't be searching for it... any ideas please?
