This usually happens when there is a fault with the website. They are probably doing some maintenance. Don't worry! You may need to be patient until it comes back working normally however. Cheers, Horatia

I seem to have been using Family Search too much and am not allowed access 'temporarily'. I assume it's happened to others - how long does this ban last and does any one know what constitutes overuse of the site? thanks, Sue

Same here many times, it's nothing personal, probably their servers overloaded. Annoying, but not much you can do but wait.
