I have spent the morning on ancestry, both free and full, looking for a birth within 5 yrs of 1977 and cannot find it any advice gratefully recieved!!! |

Could the child be registered with a different surname, ...mother's maiden name perhaps.? Best not post any info. here because of privacy rules but I have a few minutes to take a look if you send a PM with some details. Gwyn |

No point in looking on FreeBMD for a birth in 1977 as the partially transcribed index only goes up to about 1915. Kath. x |
