Hi Was looking for the birth of Alfred and found the birth registration but it says Mothers Maiden name was Richards. The reference is: 3rd Quarter 1913 Alfred T Richards, Mothers Maiden Name, Richards, Wycombe 3A 1938. Also decided to put engerfield in the search and came up with this, I wonder could it be the Mother Births Sep 1896 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Engerfield Elizabeth Bradfield 2c 337 regards Jo |

I am doing some family research for a friend who does not have a computer. Her father is a bit of a mystery and I am getting nowhere with him. The only info my friend has is the following:- He was adopted/fostered, nothing definite either way. His name was ALFRED THOMAS RICHARDS, or ALFRED CHARLES RICHARDS. Date of birth 23rd August 1913 in West Wycombe. His mothers name was ENGERFIELD, not sure of the actual spelling. On Alfreds marriage cert. there are no fathers name or occupation. If anyone can help she, my friend, will be so very pleased. As I am now off to a funeral if anyone can find anything would they personal message me. Thanks in anticipation. Kathlyn |
