Hi Horatia, I'm with Orange and noticed that since the switch over from Wanadoo I've had no end of problems. (phenomenal increase in spam, 6 Mbps 'broadband' slower than dial-up, line dropping, web-sites stopping loading, etc) Ancestry has not been working for me for the past few days and I've been checking this very tips board to find out whether it was a widespread problem or just mine. Looks like we're mostly in the same boat! Tracey

Hello. Having problems too. Have Ancestry changed their layout? Mine is completely different and won't work this morning. Have kept trying and now giving up. So frustrating. Pam.

i'm with orange, i managed to get into ancestry twice yesterday for about 20 minutes each time then it stopped working its the same this morning.
