Could some kind person please check RG12/674 page 2 there is a, I think Dessi Maria Heritage Servant , could you check where she was born I can't quite read it and the Property seems to be Chartwell is that Winston Churchills Chartwell as I cannot read who is the head of house is.(I Know Not Churchhill) Many thanks You have all been so good to be on my week off catching up. She is shown with birthplace Mersh Gibbon, Berks. Head of the house is at the top of the same page, ...a Clerk in Holy Orders. ie. John Erskine Campbell-Colquhoun. Dessie is Lady's maid to his wife, I presume. Gwyn

It probably was Churchill's Chartwell., - It's in the right place. Google tells me that Churchill bought it in 1922. Gwyn
