I have been working on my FTM today and must have pressed something by mistake...so now all the census details for each individual start with the latest date first and the year of birth at the bottom................Can anyone explain how to get it back to earliest date on top........hope this makes sense Cheers Colin

What part of FTM are you in that your dates are the wrong way round?

Do you mean in the indiviudals little facts box? If so, it looks like you have pressed the P button at the top of the list - you see there is an S or P button at the top? P is for preferred - that one goes to the top. Highlight the preferred fact and then click on P.

Sorry...been working again.... It is the Edit box...press that and you can add census details , Christenings, Occupations etc.....They were the earliest at the top but now reversed... I prefer earliest first

Where you enter the details - see the headings above where you type. It starts with Type then Date etc. If you actually click on the date heading it changes the order the date is in. Click it a few times to see how it changes. Does that get you back to how you wanted it?
