Ron Sometimes people will delete a thread as soon as they have extracted the info they needed so as not to 'gum' things up. I would personally leave a thread which may help someone else. Maybe they put a thank you on the thread & assumed you'd seen it (and maybe not!) Angela

Ealier today I answered a help question from someone who wanted to know how to import a gedcom into PAF, I gave them the answer and now the thread has gone. I was checking to see if the solution I gave helped out the poster. Strange. Ron www*genealogyprinters*com
