If you look in Programs - Accessories - Paint. Paint you can edit things before printing. OR better still if you have Microsoft Office applications which most people do there will be something there where you can edit them before printing, depending what version of Office you have. |

You can download one free from microsoft downloads site. I cant remember what its called, but if you go to their site just trawl through downloads available. |
