I see, on the Ellis Island site that the second Aaron Skuse matches up with the first. Same guy? Both born Machen/Macheu?, age 28 in 1900 and 22 in 1895. In 1900 he has a wife Mary Jane with him and an infant. They're going to join sister, Mrs Evans, 57 Carbon Alley, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. Margaret |

Alan, there's a birth of Ivy Minnie Skuse, 1st. quarter 1900, Bristol. Could she possibly be the eldest child Ivy on the 1910 census? Also could she be the infant arriving with Aaron & Mary Jane in 1900 at Ellis Island? Conjecture, I know. You would have to buy the certificate. It's 6a 112. Margaret |
