Marie, you can tell the census years from the reference numbers. HO107/ is either 1841 or 1851 RG9/ is 1861 RG10/ is 1871 RG11/ is 1881 RG12/ is 1891 RG13/ is 1901

sorry could someone check the year that William and Charlotte Heritage are with their family in Higham, Strood Mid Kent RG12/652. I think it's page 32 or 82. He is a police constable. Many thanks Marie Kent
