The likeliest church for the marriage would be either St Michael, Macclesfield, or St Peter, Prestbury. Unfortunately St Michael marriage are not transcribed for this perioid, so you will need to look at the registers, in the County Records Office. And of course, they may have married in the bride's home parish - which could have been anywhere. OC

Linda I may be wrong, but it would be very unusual if a Methodist Chapel performed marriages at this date. OC
