I had same problem, seems to be sorted now, but very slow - if you have a really slow response, delete as many of your old messages as you can, that usually speeds it up. I dont know if its worth you renewing - not a lot you can buy for a few quid nowdays and Ive saved many hundreds of pounds through the info I received on here. If you want to save £4 on the sub, register with quidco*com and then pay for membership through the link on there. |

For more than a week I have been unable to access my contacts or my inbox. The only way I can access messages is through my double clicking on messages in my e-mail acount - one by one, closing Genes in between each message. I am told by the contacts team that the problem is temporary! Is anyone else having this problem? Is it worth renewing my membership on 7th of March? Jacky Clark |
