Hi Malcolm, Thanks so much I have down loaded the census page the problem I seem to have with the Chapman family they dont seem to be using the first names they were given Johns first name was Henry where he didnt use Henry on census that was another headache for me I think if it wasnt for the kind people on here I would have given up by now lol thanks again .. Hi, I have looked every where for my grandads sister , on the 1901 census she was born 1889/1899 she was 2 years old her name was Ellie Chapman I have done loads of looking up of names that maybe Ellie could be short for even put mothers name in front of Ellies in case named after mum me eyes are rolling now! any help would be lovely grandad never spoke of any family so finding any brothers or sisters is a bonus...thanks |
