That is a 'submitted' record - see at the bottom - that means someone like you or me have put it forward and you have to double check it for yourself. They are often VERY dodgey, like this one and shouldnt be trusted. Did any of the children you are following of this couple marry or re marry after 1837? That may help you if you can buy the marriage cert. |

We all have the same IGI Sarah, we would only find what you found. The only way to check it out is for you to either go to the records office and look through the register fiche yourself or to order them and pay a rental to the Mormons - the familysearch.org site where you got the info and then look at the fiche/film at the local Mormon office. The IGI does not have ALL records, in fact hardly any for some counties, so you cant just guess that the people are right because the names match. |
