i cant get to my e mails on ntl / virgin all that comes up is a page that says virgin homepage will be there tomorrow i cant get access to my e mails on ntl can anyone help me sarah

I can't help myself, but I think there was a thread on yesterday or the day before from someone saying that there might be a problem with email through ntl but that it would only be temporary, while the switchover goes through. Kath. x

Hi Sarah, I don't know if this is true for everyone, but my ntlworld webmail is still working OK. On the ntlworld homepage, underneath all the stuff about the new virgin webpage coming soon, there's a list at bottom left of 'Tools and Services'. Click on the webmail link and you should get a log-on screen. Chris

I can get my e-mails too. I don't go through ntlworld site, I have a shortcut on the laptop and just click on that.

Greeting’s Again Sarah……… According to a letter I received this week from Virgin…….. You’ll be only able to receive your E-mail messages if you are using “ Outlook Express” through NTL. During the change over. Otherwise you’ll have to wait till the new site is up & running sometime on Thursday. So…… If you don’t read anything from me on the Leicestershire thread Re:- your Barsby look up details from the Records Office this Thursday then you’ll know I too will be having problems getting on the net. ….. MIKE.
