I just posted a query to the trying to find board but when I looked at it I noticed my email address has no link (I am unable to click on it). Is this just because it is my own address or is there something I have to check enabling others to email me. Thanks Muriel

Have you put your e-mail address in your message Muriel?

It's just because you don't need to contact yourself. You should see your name in black type but everyone else sees it in blue, just the same as on this board. UPDATE - I assumed you meant your name and not your email address. GR won't let you put an email address on the boards, only in a personal message. Kath. x

Hi Muriel, If you mean by clicking on your name you cannot pm yourself. Dont worry it is normal, but others can pm you by clicking your name. Keith

Thankyou everyone. I kinda thought it might just be cause it was my own and yes I am sorry I did mean my name. I was just concerned that no one would be able to get in touch with me IF!! Thanks again

Muriel It isn't necessary to put your own email address on any message. Anyone can send you a message through this site by just clicking on your name as it appears at the top of your message. GR won't let you enter an email address on here anyway, and that is probably a good thing, otherwise it could be used for less than pleasant purposes. OC
