I've not been able to access my Inbox for nearly a week. It just times out with the msg call support457. I have messaged support - still not fixed after 5 days. Only way to access messages is via Contacts. I have apparently 18 new messages but I know I've dealt with them - just can't access the Inbox to clean up. (The Delete option on reading a message doesn't work)

Hi sheila the message box is very slow to open , i have my messages sent my pm , much easier to view. Lorraine

Last year my message box told me I had 1 message- when I didn't. I had 1 message when it told me I had 2!! This went on for months before it was sorted. maggie

I just checked my messages Sheila + it was VERY slow to open but it worked ok. Regards Ann

Is anyone else having problems with mesages? I have 2 messages but when I try to access them I am told 'You currently have no messages in your inbox'. Sheila
