I go down a page clicking the 'discard' boxes of the ones I want to delete, then when I get to the end I click 'save'. Seems quicker than the other way. maggie |

Hi Maryann if you mean to get rid of them completely (sp) you can't as they will still be in your ignored ones. |

Paul, Nope, no way - I have 160 pages of ignored hot matches (or maybe more....) But at least they are not cluttering up MY storage space! OC |

Forgot to say - they can be really interesting to look at when you are VERY VERY bored. I have 68 Not matches with one person on this site - the same name 14 times, several other names at least five times - and not a single match. I really don't know if that is the most interesting one, or the one I share 30 matches with - not one of which is even a name in my tree, let alone a match! OC |

I have a feeling you should download your tree to Tribal Pages or Gencircles or Ancestry and then DELETE!!! That may? get rid. |

Hi OC, I wish I could be bored looking up unwanted hot matches, I can't even find the ancestors I have been looking for never let alone hot matches. LOL Thanks for the info. At least I know now not to worry about them. Thank you. Regards Mary |

Ann, you lucky, lucky lady. I have never had one and I have been looking at them for years, still trying to find my fathers relatives, well even his birth cert, would be useful. So good luck to you, I'm envious. Regards mary |
