Roy if you get his birth certificate you will have his parents names & then they can be found on the 1901 census. Births Sep 1904 (>99%) BEVINS Horace Leicester 7a 273 Georgina. |

This is the GRO ref: Births Sep 1904 BEVINS Horace Leicester 7a 273 You will have to buy the cert from the GRO (or from the Leicester register office). The cert is the only way to find out his parents names, as he was born after the last available census (1901). Richard |
