If you are ordering online, then ONLY order from GRO at this address:- www.gro.gov.uk If you have the GRO reference then the certificate should only cost £7. You can search the indexes for the GRO reference for free at www.Ancestry(.)co.uk - you just have to register (which is also free). Remove the brackets from the Ancestry address. There are a lot of sites which charge a fortune. Kath. x |
