Hi Sheila. Your Welcome...Just a hint though........The info on the link, gives you a rough idea of what you 'MIGHT' find, but not nessicarily what you will find. It depends on what information was supplied at the time of marriage by the Bride and Groom. Cheers. Tony Oz...:>))

Sheila, unless you particularly want the cert, you'll find it's cheaper to order a transcript (which contains exactly the same information). There are three authorised transcription agents in NSW - you can find their details here: http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/familyHistory/howToSearch.htm#TranscriptionAgent They'll e-mail you the transcription, whereas the NSW BDM office sends them by post.

The wedding took place in New South Wales, I have found a web site where I can order the cert from, I just want to be sure of the information it would contain before I went ahead and ordered it. Sheila

What information would you get on an Australian Wedding Cert from around 1875 would it have the same information as an english one.
