(http://www.gro.gov.uk) Traceline - the General Register Office tracing people service is an organisation which can help re-establish contact with friends and family, by informing the person being sought that a letter is being held for them at the Traceline office. If the person has died they will advise how to obtain a copy of the death certificate. .............................................................................................. The Salvation Army Family Tracing Service exists to try to restore (or to sustain) family relationships, by finding relatives who for various reasons have become out of touch.
