Hi Hazel, sorry cannot see him on familyrelatives on the GRO Army death index's for the period 1939-1945.

If he died abroad you will find his death on the overseas section on www.findmypast(.)com Have you looked on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission site www.cwgc.org Kath. x

If my uncle was in the forces during ww2. (army i think) and died, would i still be able to find his death on the Ancestry deaths. hazel
